Heck, what's all the excitement about a groundhog seeing its shadow? Isn't it much more exciting to see a new chapter of Endless Summer peeking out at you?

Shortly after my last update, my hard drive committed suicide (it's not a fun moment when you get to the dos promt, check fdisk, and are informed that there are no fixed drives in your computer!). It took with it a lot of my fiction, and I really thought that the later parts of ES were gone forever. And I really thought some of my readers were going to hunt me down and kill me because of that!

Luckily for my continuing health, I found a copy of ES backed up on a floppy disk, and so, here it is for your reading pleasure. I'm not gonna say another word about it except to tell you that Chapter 11 is quite the wild ride, and I'm quite curious to hear what you all think about it.

Enjoy!

Based on my last entry, you guys probably thought I died of that sinus infection, huh?

But no, I'm still alive! And older -- yesterday was my birthday. My goal was to have the new Endless Summer up yesterday, as my birthday present to all of you, but what with proofreading and coding and going out to dinner with my parents, it didn't quite happen. But now Part 10 is here, and it's quite the wild ride! Sex, drugs, and ... well, more sex. And if you think this is wild, wait until you see what's in store in Part 11 (yes, I know, I'm evil). Part 11 is actually completely done, so I should be posting it sometime this weekend.

For all of you who are wondering, whatever happened to Legends of the Fall, don't despair, there is more coming soon. I got a little stalled on the first day of school chapter, but it's nearly done, and after that I've got a bunch written, so things will start moving again.

Speaking of Legends, turns out that it got nominated for a whole bunch of Creekers' Choice Awards. If you like the story, please take a moment to vote for it. And if you didn't like it, go ahead and vote for someone else. The important thing is, go vote! Even if it's not for me. :)

I have a raging sinus infection, and the worst headache, like, ever, so let's make this short and sweet, 'kay?

Legends of the Fall. Part 3. It's up. Jen kicks so much butt she needs special shoes, and our six main characters finally all find themselves in the same place. Go. Read. Enjoy.

As for me, I'm going to take some more antibiotics and go back to bed....

Ta da! Two days late, but hey, us artists are tempermental, right? Or something like that.

So the big news is the new fic. Legends of the Fall, my post-Season 3 epic. The prologue and the first two parts are out now, so hopefully you'll go check it out! One minor warning, I'd appreciate if you went into this with an open mind. You may be surprised at some of the choices I made, I know I sure was! But they seem to work, for the characters and for the story. So bear with me, I think you may like how it all plays out.

I really like this fic, it's special to me. I guess all of my stories are special in their way, they each have something about me that compelled me to write them. But every now and then one comes along that I feel really strongly about. The Opposite of Sex was one of those, and Legends of the Fall is another one. I really feel the characters in this one, and I hope you will, too.

Thanks to everyone who's commented that they like the new site, sorry about all the server problems when we first launched! Everything seems to be going more smoothly now, thankfully.

And hey, have you stopped by the message board yet? And if not... why not? Come on, leave me a note, make me feel loved!

Why, yes. As a matter of fact this page is approximately 8 months late. It was originally supposed to launch on my birthday, September 19th, and just... didn't. What can I say? Sometimes, I procrastinate. And sometimes I procrastinate a lot.

In any case, here we are. With some new stuff, even! Come on, that's a little exciting, right? Check out The Lost Scenes, there's some new things there, mostly Pacey angst. I've been sort of big on Pacey angst this year. For some stand alone Pacey angst, take a look at Tell Me On A Sunday. And, believe it or not, there's actually a new chapter of Endless Summer! But wait... there's more! The first part of Part 4 of The Dawson Show! Even I'm amazed!

Watch this space, because there is a HUGE story in the works, to be unveiled on May 24th. It's post-Season 3 finale, and once True Love airs, you'll be able to see it. Let me know what you think of the new page design, and drop by the message board, where I swear I will be much more responsible about responding to feedback!

Thanks to everyone who has continued to support me during an unbelievably long dry spell. I appreciate it more than you can possibly know. I'd list all of your names here, but then I'd probably forget someone who would never speak to me again, and I firmly believe that I need all the friends I can get. So just know that you know who you are, and so do I, and I can never thank you enough.
